When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you provide (current role, target role, skills, and similar career details). When you upload a resume, we store the file and extract text from it to provide analysis features.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide the core features of Qualifyr — ATS scoring, resume parsing, AI-generated content, and your usage history. Resume content may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Groq) to generate suggestions; this content is not used to train their models.
3. Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Resume files are stored in a dedicated storage bucket linked to your account.
4. Payments
Premium subscriptions are processed via Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details — these are handled entirely by Razorpay's secure infrastructure.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is only shared with the third-party services required to operate Qualifyr (authentication, database, AI providers, and payment processing).
6. Your rights
You can update or delete your profile information, delete uploaded resumes, and request full account deletion at any time by contacting us at qualifyr@gmail.com.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of Qualifyr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
